Rounder's Pizza - Tyler

One thing I've noticed is that when these women behave like this, service tends to slow down even more, likely because staff are hesitant to engage with them. Meanwhile, when I remain polite and patient, I often end up getting my pizza first. Then, those upset customers try to confront me as if I control the order of service. Each time, the staff has explained that my daughter and I ordered a simple one-topping pizza, which is why ours was ready first—a completely valid point. I’ve noticed that every time these women come in and act aggressively, it seems the service for them is delayed significantly. As a business owner myself, I’ve observed how the staff accommodates such customers, even when I would have asked them to leave if it were my establishment. Post-COVID, many restaurants are understaffed, and if you can’t handle the wait, perhaps it’s best to stay home and cook your own meals. There’s no need to bring your negative and impatient behavior into public spaces; neither the restaurant staff nor the other customers—who are simply grateful to enjoy dining out again—want to deal with that.

The wings were absolutely amazing The pizza was also very good when they had gluten-free crust for those of us who cannot eat pizza too often because of gluten intolerance. The prices were very reasonable and the Caesar salad was also great

My children and I are probably eating at Rounders once a week. The people who take our order and bring our food out are always friendly and helpful. We never had a bad experience in this place.

Great pizza! The hornet was great. Had a bit of heat first, but calmed down after one piece or two. Great crust!

There are NO pizza business in the city of Tyler TX that has a crust as good as rounds. 1/2 a pizza is the crust. After I finished my pizza in her store, I'm going to go on eating the crust I left behind. Great amount of sauce and cheese.
