Smoothie King - Tyler

I have to say that my experience at Smoothie King was by far the worst I've ever had. The entire staff was rude and disrespectful, except for one girl. Overall, I consider this the worst experience, and I’m giving it one star only because I was able to get my money back.

This Smoothie King location is fantastic! They consistently get my order right and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

The service was outstanding and the products were excellent, but the building could use an update; it looks worn and in need of repair. First impressions really matter!

Great smoothies! A little expensive. I have a proposal to the employees... never forget that the customer is the only reason you exist! Smile more and are not afraid to make eye contact and use the above smile. Don't just call the name and place the product on the counter and turn your back and go away! Make eye contact and smile and thank you! Your answer to me explains everything! It's okay if I do your training for you because obviously you don't have the mind. Thank you for changing your response to my review. Their previous answer to me and the previous review before my of “Glad to help us RULE THE DAY” was a very ignorant answer to pay customers and constructive criticism.

Smoothies were good, inside was clean, but the outside of the building could use a bit of TLC.
