McDonalds sucks now prices to high employees suck takes way to long frys are garage

Normally, when we go here, we don't have any problems only occasionally, but today was another story. I placed a $30 order and all of our fries were cold, the 2 big macs I ordered with extra sauce and they were so dry cause the bread was extremely dry it even looked weird but I didn't say anything cause I was like well maybe it will still be good but that's wrong. They were also cold to the point that my cheese didn't even melt. We also ordered the triple cheese burger with no ketchup add mayo it was also wrong. My daughters happy meal we ordered extra pickles she got three. Literally, the only thing we didn't have a problem with was our drinks, and it was probably cause the tea was made from the shift the night before. Also, the tables were disgusting. There wasn't a single table that didn't have food on it, and the highchairs were even worse had food stuck all inside of them and outside like they probably very rarely wipe them down. If the lobby is that nasty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. They definitely need to tighten up.

Horrible service and even MOST not all managers are simply rude and childish for a adult. I go here EVERYDAY for breakfast on my way to work and honestly if there was another coffee shop that made a decent Frap I 'd go there. But sadly mcdonald 's is the only ones who make them that 's good that 's only if they get your order right. Several times they got order wrong refuse to refund money or just said that it 's not their fault. Well I used to be a customer service representative and the first rule is the customer is always right especially when they have a valid receipt and provide actual proof it 's your fault.
