Casa De Kawayan - Ubay

This is a charming little carendaria located on the street side, but I wouldn't quite call it a restaurant. The food was old and cold, just sitting there waiting to be eaten. They do have a menu, but unfortunately, everything we tried to order was unavailable. The staff kept pushing the pre-cooked food that had been prepared long before our arrival, and it was served cold, not hot and fresh. Their go-to phrase seemed to be "oh, out of stock!" If you're looking for food that's been sitting around for a while and every customer is expected to eat the same limited offerings typical of a carendaria, you might enjoy this place. However, if you prefer the option to order hot, freshly prepared meals from a menu like a proper restaurant, this may not be the best choice for you. I don’t intend to return here.
