Eagle's Nest Marine Pub - Ucluelet

We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks while waiting for the restaurant to open. Our server, Jo, was very friendly and efficient, guiding us to our preferred drinks. I had a few Tofino Camps pints ($6.95) and my companion had a Smirnoff Ice ($7). The drinks were good, the view was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the water was delicious. Overall, it was worth visiting the restaurant in Ucluelet.

We have dined at this restaurant multiple times and always had a good experience. This time, we opted to go for lunch. At first glance, it appeared deserted as there was nobody coming in or out of the door. We asked if they were open and they confirmed that they were.

This pub offers a beautiful view of the inner harbor, with boats coming and going and fishermen working on the docks. Housed in an old school building, it still retains its charm and appeal to tourists. It seems to be a popular spot for locals to stop for a drink on their way to and from the docks. Despite being there on one of the busiest nights of the year, we were impressed by the skill and organization of the server who also mixed our drinks. While there was a slight delay in getting our food and drinks, there was plenty of activity on the docks to keep us entertained. The food was standard pub fare but offered large portions and tasty options. We were pleased to see they served local craft beer from the Tofino Brewery. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and will make this our first choice when we return to Ucluelet.

While we stayed in ucluelet, we went to the marina and when it was near the lunchtime, we decided to call a drink in the eagles nest. there were a few people eating, and my husband decided he wanted to try the chowder. I then noticed that there was a cocktail menu that seemed a bit bizarre, as there were only 2 wine-selections (red or white on the drink list. we ordered 3 items a margarita, a beer and the chowder. waited old and then only the chowder arrived and the server had forgotten the drinks! the location of this pub and the intentions are fantastic and eating was good. the service and general condition of the building are quite bad. with a little effort, this could be the best place in the city, rather than the worst rated.

It’s really on hygienic, you can smell the moisture and mold. We had breakfast included, don’t do that!!! you have no place to sit, you don’t get much, it’s just disappointed. it's way too expensive for what it Is. Even if it's free I won't...come back.
