Burger Theory - Ucon

Nice relaxed atmosphere. The service was a little slow but adequate. The food was fabulous. I normally only eat about half of breakfast due to portions being so big. Although the portions were still normal sized I had to eat it all because it was so flavorful! Grandson loved the the chicken pancake breakfast tacos.

Sasha was awesome. Stopped for a night after a rough day of travel. Sasha juggled the busy crowd like a pro and was so personable. It was much needed an appreciated after a long day in the road.

We were visiting some friends in Rexburg on Sunday, when the wife found this place while looking for something to eat. We drove down and got seated quickly. We ordered drinks, waiter couldn’t stifle a cough while taking our drink order. Wife got a Dr. pepper and I a Diet Coke friends ordered drinks from the bar. Waiter on the way back put the drink RIGHT below is nose against his mustache to smell and handed us the drink saying this is the Diet Coke etc. disgusted I set it aside. My wife spoke up when he came to get our food order and said it tasted funny waiter took it back behind the bar he took a sip and dumped it out and filled the same cup back up and brought it back.Food was decent not great but for obvious reasons we will not be back.

First off the bacon on the burgers were raw. Fries were ice cold like they had been sitting while burgers were cooked. The waitstaff was inattentive to say the least....didn't come back to the table unless flagged down. Didn't ask if we needed anything else before giving us the check. Made us get up to come pay even though there were few tables occupied. Would not recommend.

I went for lunch. I was greeted as I walked in the door. Delicious classic burger and fries! Good prices. Friendly staff. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!
