Feedback gevenIt's nice and with nice staff! But it's bad that you only have the cafe open until 4 pm on Monday Thursday.
Here they have a pretty good location with a good room with which they unfortunately lose the opportunity. this place is probably more an experiment to guide a restaurant in a wise way that does not work so well at all. safe if they want to have a beer, they can do it, but here they miss the potential that the place through a little unplaned some form of eating and beer location that is proven not to go so well, completely empty at a Friday night ... the place is clean and fresh, but perhaps not my first choice.

The fantastic ambiance, complemented by the stunning attire of the staff, truly enhanced our dining experience. I look forward to returning, as it was a wonderful visit. I would rate it 12/10.
What a wonderful place! We were warmly welcomed by the master baker himself. The attention to detail, from the fresh starters on the buffet to the presentation of the dishes, was fantastic. All the breads were made with love and care, evident in both their appearance and taste. The broth was so delicious that I had to ask for the recipe - it was the best I've ever had. It's homemade, just like everything else on the menu, using seasonal ingredients from the local area. While most places offer the standard salad bar options, this place had a unique selection of boiled root vegetables and other delicious veggies. I was so impressed with the food that I had to ask for a to-go portion, which was graciously provided. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in Uddevalla.
