The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. As a Grab customer, I waited a long time for my food because the restaurant prioritizes customers who walk in to order first. Despite sitting and waiting continuously, I watched as other customers who walked in after me were served before me. It was frustrating to see four people who arrived later receive their food before me. When I asked why Grab customers were being discriminated against, even though we had paid in advance, the staff had no valid explanation. This lack of efficiency and poor service is unacceptable. The restaurant should invest in better staff training to improve their service for all customers, regardless of how they place their orders.
