The 0 star option was unfortunately not possible. The staff is constantly overwhelmed. This assessment is not based on a visit, but on some. Waiting times in the drive of at least 20 minutes until you can even place your order are actually standard. After about 1 hour waiting time you have to notice at home that at least one thing is missing. This is also a good standard. Simply close and drive to Lüneburg instead...is incredible, but it is faster and stress-free.

The food was prepared as usual quickly. Unfortunately, our visit did not involve enough staff in the service. The waste trays were already stacked on the tables.

The operation is super unfriendly, because you are asked for a cover for the Cola. Eat completely cold, tables dirty though the store is empty. The toilets then put the crown on the whole.

Overall, it's okay. The food is like any McDonalds branch, which is too expensive for quality. The service is always friendly and the food was brought quickly. The interior of the building is partly a little dirty and sometimes one of the vending machines were defective, but for this you have fast food, which unfortunately becomes more expensive and does not improve from the qualities.
