Холодец - Ufa

The food was very mediocre. For a restaurant that positions itself as "above average," it was quite a disappointment! The signature salad was just something floating in mayonnaise, and the tuna salad was mistakenly served without tuna; they added it later without any apology or compliment. The espresso was served without water. The small appetizers, if tasted by locals from Perm, would likely lead to the chef's execution—dry and resembling something bought from a budget store and just fried up. None of the dishes are worth their price!

The menu selection is excellent, and the salad with avocado, quinoa, and fish is simply marvelous. The borscht with moose meat deserves a special mention, as does the presentation. A huge plus is the spacious tables and layout; in today's trend of maximizing space, that's quite rare.

Excellent cuisine, the chef is top-notch. The meat simply melts in your mouth—perfectly cooked, neither dry nor overdone. The cold appetizers, salads, and dumplings are outstanding. The sauces for the game, fish, and shrimp are spot on. The desserts are not only delicious but also well-crafted. The presentation is impressive. The staff operates professionally; during our last visit, our order was taken by a very young trainee who admitted he was on his second day, yet he left a great impression. Service is quick and unobtrusive. We gladly return here and have never been disappointed with either the food or the overall experience. As for the prices, they are in line with the restaurant's level, and the exquisite dishes that you won't find elsewhere are worth every penny.
