Lotus - Ukiah

I had the chicken piccata with pasta, and it was absolutely delicious! The sauce was packed with flavor, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The drinks and service were great too. We sat on the patio, which was a bit chilly, but the food made it completely worthwhile. I apologize for the empty plate photo; it was so good that I couldn't take a moment to snap a picture before I finished it all!

Upon entering the restaurant, I was struck by the beautiful decor. The service was prompt and very accommodating. I requested a dish of vegetables with shrimp, which wasn't listed on the menu, but the owner—who also served as the waiter and cook—assured me it would be no problem. He prepared it at an impressive speed, and it tasted delicious. Plus, the price was quite reasonable. What more could I ask for?

My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times, and we've consistently enjoyed great food.

The food was very good but it needed to be hotter not Luke warm.

Food was great but ended up being a lot more expensive than we expected. Over $120 dollars for 3 people is just extreme. Atmosphere is good and service was good. Overall it would be a place to go for something special, but not somewhere to go all the time unless you can afford it.
