Sandbar Cafe and Bar - Ulladulla

We had a very disappointing lunch at sandbar. They were the worst zucchini fritters I've ever eaten - flat as pancakes instead of fluffy and I suspect were reheated in a microwave. They were accompanied by a very sad salad. It was a shame because this cafe is in a great location with fantastic views of beautiful Ulladulla harbour. This place should be a draw card for visitors to the town but unfortunately, on this day, it would turn them away.

Had a light lunch here with family. The menu was well priced - not too expensive and the views of the harbour are magnificent. Would definitely go back.

We found the sandbar and thought what an amazing view, most of the seating is inside but you can still see the gorgeous harbour. Unfortunately the waitress ruined the view for us, we asked for table water and I saw my husband's had bits floating in it so I innocently asked if it was lemon flavored water, the waitress sarcastically replied it wasn't, took our glass and said would I like her to polish all the glasses, this wasn't said in a very good tone! There was no specials of the day left, we ordered kids nuggets and chips, ham and cheese toasties were brought out!!!! And after our main meals when we ordered them first. The waitress told us we "had" to eat the chips because they are the best bit, mine were cold and not edible.I ordered the beef and mushroom pie, lovely pie but there was no mushrooms in there!It could be amazing but unfortunately it's not, I would go back if there was new waitressing staff.

We needed a place to escape the heat and the Sandbar Café was a great option, as my partner could use the library facilities and have a look at souvenirs. The Café provided great comfortable seating for me as I have a broken hip and need certain chairs to sit in. There were cushions on the lounge chairs. We had great coffee and shared a light meal of calamari and salad. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They efficiently worked to deliver our meal, and (this I was pleased with) cleared and cleaned tables quickly. Well done to the girls and worth a visit!

We stopped on our way from Kioloa. We have 2 dogs and staff were very welcoming and friendly.I had a bacon and egg roll and my husbsnd had a breakfast wrap.Very very nice food.And we were given water for our dogsWill come again
