Singha - Ulm

Came for lunch with my boyfriend after having been here before (albeit about years ago). The memories of super nice authentic Thai food were just that memories. The pad Thai this time around was completely tasteless, with shredded carrots with no seasoning on...the side. In all honesty we make a better pad Thai at home. Service wasn't too friendly either. Won't be going back.

I got so much expectation that I will get authentic Thai food and see some Thai people work here but the server said the cook is Thai. The food was acceptable and some dish looked more like Chinese food than Thai. I asked for more...spicy for my green curry and they did it so that satisfy me in one level but the curry missed one important ingredient Thai basil The service was quite ok too. They don't accept foreign country credit card.

We visited this place last summer for a leisurely lunch. The ambience is comfortable and food is tasty. We were quite happy with the veg options available.

The red that curry was good, even though not as hot as real thai curry. Service was quick and the restaurant is visu and quite.

I had lunch twice at Shinga. They offer a self-service buffet with an all you can eat price. The first we went around time it was really nice, delicious food. Second time we were there at and was a bit more disapponting: for...example the spring rolls tray was empty, we asked for them but eventually the waiters forgot and we never got to have them. Then one soup was so so so chilly and it was not written on the note sticked outside. The dessert was fried bananas with honey, but bananas were so cold and hard... so what I suggest is.. go at midday and enjoy your euro lunch! ps. talking about beverages, lychee juice tastes great.
