Cakes are so delicious and the owner is a perfect lady with a big big big heart. She is warm, kind and generous. Every local is going to Minjon to order cakes for celebration. It's an institution in Ulcinj . Individual cakes are around 1.50 and are all well worth the try. Just next to the bus station, when arriving or leaving Ulcinj, you can stop by to get a delicious baklava (big portion for 1.20) and a sincere welcome. I cannot recommend you this place enough ! The place also has a very local vibe as many people will stop by to say hi as Ulcinj is a small town.
