Ristopub Pizzeria Underground

Well I have no review, we stopped and looked at the menu. To our surprise they are no longer serving Pizza. The old owner had great pizza. Not it's a little too pricey.

Marco and his team were so friendly all three times we visited during our one week stay in Umbertide. Even when they were very busy, they made time to chat Marco gave us some great recommendations for day trips. We enjoyed sitting outside in the piazza for a drink one warm evening my husband was very impressed with the range of Italian beers on tap. The pizzas were delicious thin crust with generous toppings. Both times, we had the Vegetariana (with added rucola/rocket) and casarreccia (takeaway). Highly recommend this place!

Preciously we stated another place (now closed down) was the best place for pizza in Umbertide. However, through necessity we found this place and oh my, I wish we had found it earlier. It’s better than the previous place (base is much better) and the ambience is certainly nicer. We come here every Thursday now and would not go anywhere else. The closest you’ll get to Neopolitian pizza. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than some other places but the toppings are significantly better quality than other places and the owners are always so delightful. There is a decent selection of beer not always easy to find in this area. Never had dolce so can’t comment on that. The restaurant is underground in a lovely setting and a God send in the summer months. In short, pay a little bit more and avoid disappointment. Our only complaint is that it’s closed on a Tuesday!

Pizza veramente ben preparata, da pasta a vestirsi. Anche la versione senza glutine, secondo chi l'ha presa quella notte, era grande e mi interessa menzionarla. servizio sedano, buoni prezzi.

We had dinner with our family. Good pizza, nice beer, friendly people, cozy place and nice desert. We might stop by again!
