I felt so sorry for the lady working here. She was working alone and there is so much to see to: working on the till, collecting dirty dishes from the food court and making the orders. This is unacceptable. She cannot even take a minute to go to the loo or have her lunch because there is always a customer in line. We waited a total of one hour to place our order and receive it it was just a classic waffle. UNACCEPTABLE and nobody's fault except the owner of this place.

The employees have so much job security that they can be arrogant. Placed an order for a simple plain waffle... over 20 minutes later I went to ask why is it taking so long, to which they realised that the order wasn't even being made. Pathetic service... go get some donuts from the kiosk next to this store...

During my stay at the Sibaya Lodge, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier was quite rude and showed little willingness to help me. Initially, she refused to accept my banknote because it had a small rip. After I provided her with a proper note, she claimed she had no change available. I explained that I didn’t have any other change and suggested that she should arrange for some. Instead, she informed me that no arrangements could be made and suggested I come back later if I wanted. As someone unfamiliar with the area, I found this treatment to be unacceptable. It's frustrating that people visit here to relax and unwind, only to encounter such poor service.

Mily Lane Sibiya Casino has a very rude cashier. I handed her an R100 note with a slight tear, but she refused to accept it even though the note was otherwise intact. I then offered her a perfectly crisp R200 note, and she said she couldn't give me any change. If this is the type of person you want working there, you're going to lose a lot of customers. This is very bad for business.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the waffles at Milky Lane, and they were simply fantastic! The waffles were freshly prepared, boasting a wonderful texture that was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The toppings were outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the combination of fresh fruit, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. The portion sizes were generous, offering excellent value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, enhancing my overall experience. I highly recommend the waffles at Milky Lane and can’t wait to return for more!
