The atmosphere and design reflecting Zulu heritage are truly impressive. The casino is well-maintained and has implemented security upgrades. There’s a good selection of dining options, ranging from high-end to mid-range. The lodge offers great value for money. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 3.
I stayed at the lodge rather than in the casino rooms, and I had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Perhaps you should consider having mystery guests play among the patrons to overhear their feedback and genuinely understand what’s happening. How can you program your machines this way? It should be give and take, not just take. I’m not trying to be difficult, but it’s important for customers to voice their concerns, and I’m one of those who will speak up! Just imagine how many players are unhappy! What was once a popular casino now feels like a place that consistently robs its patrons. Please address this issue—not with automated apologies from customer care, but with the actual people behind the programming of these machines! Can you take real action?
