I'm really glad this Nandos is available in this town as I find myself coming to Umzimkhulu more and more. The cleanliness of this please is amazing! The staff is superb, they recognize their regular customers, which my mom is and they treat her with such respect. That kind of kindness and consideration for a senior citizen is so often lacking in young food servers because they are often rushed off their feet. Keep it up guys. I really appreciate having a place where there a guarantee of exceptional food, service and atmosphere.

Thee worst experience ever in a Nando’s franchise. All my life I’ve enjoyed going to nandos not only for the food but also because of how friendly their staff is. You will see me in another life time thanks to Nandos in Umzimkulu. Your cashier on the 8 of December 2024 was really disgusting by the way she served my partner and I, leaving me to make a decision to rather leave the premises without completing our order.
