Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Unadilla

This place is pathetic. Rude service that can't get your order right. Do yourself a favor and go next door to subway. Psh.

Can 't comment on the food because we weren 't able to get any. There was only 1 guy ahead of us when we walked up to order. He stood there for a couple of minutes and then a lady BEHIND a divider wall says What do you need, sir? as if he 's a big inconvenience. So when he starts ordering, she finally comes around to the register and rings him up. Then she disappears, and there 's only one other lady cooking behind another divider. After standing there a few minutes longer we finally left.

Could not get anyone to wait on us! We stood there for 8 mins and was looked at, but no one would come take our order. We stopped here for gas, used the restroom in the gas station (dirtiest bathrooms ever!!! and then tried to get 4 meals at DQ and could not get served. We are going 16 mins down. The road the the next place. It's rated a lot higher so I hope we have luck there!! ??

Po Dunk would be too good of a description. You have to be special needs if you manage to screw up a DQ this bad.

One star is honestly too much for this Dairy Queen. Upon walking in, one worker was openly cussing and complaining about people ordering food.We ordered went and sat at the table and one of the workers brought us our food, which was nice as I wasnt expecting her too... However we then had to wait nearly ten minutes for our drinks. I had to go up and ask for them.Our meals came with sundaes. I had to ask for them twice. The worker asked what we got, which was the same one that took our order. Our order was on the screen which I pointed out to her. Then it took her nearly five more minutes to get the sundaes after being asked. Overall, terrible experience stay away from this one and move on down the highway.
