The brisket is awesome! As well as the beef short ribs! Fall off the bone tender, not smothered in sauce just a nice dry rub, perfect!

Heard about these guys on PBS and decided to give them a try for my wife’s birthday dinner. The staff and food both exceeded our lofty expectations. Incredibly, the food was possibly even better after reheating leftovers in oven. Heck, we even let our baby try meat for the first time and I suspect it’s his new favorite food : Hope to dine in next time to enjoy some live music.

If you're looking for the best BBQ MN has to offer, this is the place. I have eaten at many BBQ places in MN and they don't get close to what Black Market StP has.I took a chance and got the Meat Pack, which includes a full rack of baby back ribs, 1.5 pounds of brisket, and big helping of their smoked beans, which also has a combination of pork shoulder burnt ends and smoked brisket.Everything tasted fantastic and smoked exceptionally well. Ribs were fall off the bone, perfectly seasoned and balanced, and best part is I didn't even need to put additional BBQ sauce. Brisket was juicy and fatty as how I like it, but the smoked beans are something special. Hands down also the best smoked beans I had.Give this place a try, I don't believe you will be disappointed.

On a cold November night we picked up amazing ribs (beef and pork) from Black Market. Because of the cold we didn't hang around outside so atmosphere rating is purely food truck vibe. The love these people have for what they do really shows in the quality of the food. Can't wait to do this again.

This was such a phenomenal experience! I went solo so i opted for the bbq beans, they were far more then i expected. The meat that was so well incorporated that i felt like it had been as if i was eating burnt ends, and yet in the same bite i could taste full flavor of the sweet slow cooked beans. They even had complimentary coke and water on ice. It was such a perfect evening to sit and eat while being front row for a live concert! This incredible pair of musicians (Trevor and Mary i believe) who truly put on such an intimate and inspiring performance. Just an fyi*Plato and Ohio will be black market's new location starting next Saturday. This was such a great time, I'm so grateful for the great food, great company, great music, and most of all to be able to share my thoughts and appreciation for it all. The whole process was easy, from online ordering, and being able to PAYLATER, the major delay was my getting here but I'm so glad I did and I recommend this experience for everyone. It felt like home, so peaceful chill and just enough excitement to keep me fully engaged lbvs. Thanks
