Hotel HQ - UNDERWOOD

We were there for a birthday party and although we had a few hickups at the beginning chantel, was quick to respond to our asking made for a great evening. quality of food drew the overal evaluation down, but three stars especially for those. service chantel was amazing and super accomodating.

We ordered weed fed augenfilet steak with chips, salat and pfeffersoße. presentation was nice and the steak was cooked as we asked (medium.) steak was tasty, but very hard, for example, around 100 chews for a good mouth of steak. chips were O.K....Salad was nice, pfeffer sauce was in the ground room temperature. we have on entertainment book half price voucher and meal was O.K for this price, but no possibility would we pay $35 full price. our kiefers are sure to have a training. Hopefully a mini-face lift. probably not back.

We decided to go to the hotel hq for their $15 250g rump, chips and salat lunch. the meal looked great at the arrival, but chips were cold and had to be sent back, the meat was overcooked and so hard could not chew. our dog enjoyed their tasty! will not return so disappointing

Food very good, all four meals cooked perfectly, staff very pleasant, Gluten free no problem, highly recommend.

A Tuesday night, the place was empty. We had 2 steak dinners. The steaks were cooked nicelyas ordered, Chips and salad were good. Only thing that let them down was the dianne sauce and creamy garlic sauce. One was pretty much just gravy and the...other was flavourless.
