Feedback gevenI went there and no one else was in the drive thru and no one answer the telecom after 2 mins of me asking if someone was there, so i pulled forward waited behind someone that was at the window for 5 mins. I get to the window the mgr and her employees were playing around at the front counter and she totally ignored me. Then when she gets to the window she asked me if i had an order knowing she didnt take my order. Then said i waited her and no one answered she said i would need to drive around to place my order on the telecom even after i sat here and 3 other cars showed up.when she could have just got the milkshake i wanted. I have ran plenty of restaurants and this not what a mgr should've have done. She does not need to be in the customer service industry or mgt if she doesnt know how to deal with cuatomers when it was clearly her fault.
An older location. Used the drive thru order was fresh hot and correct. Will definitely go
The food was outstanding. The wait was a bit much. It seems that they could have used more help in the back. I must say that the food was worth the wait.Parking: No issues with parking.
I was told to pull up and wait for fries. So why were the fries cold? They prepare several vutomers orders and make you wait.
So....this particular location is a problem for me. I next to never drive up into Virginia, so I rarely get to eat at Arby 's. I 've been here a total of 3 times in the last year, and every single time they are out of something I want. One time, they were out of the curly fries...something they are known for. Today, they are out of brisket...which knocks out multiple items they offer on the menu. I have, not one time, been to this location and have been able to get exactly what I wanted to order from their menu. I could understand if we were still in a pandemic but such is no longer the case.
