Hardee’s - Ungerer St, North Mackay

The food was good but the order was wrong. I did not realize it until we were gone. Still tasty though.

Brand new store. Very clean, excellent service and food.

Took my daughter to a job interview to this branch as per online application process. We showed up on time and they told us to come back in an hour because the manager wasnt in and they didnt know that the system booked a job interview. Waited in the car for an hour then when it was time no one said anything to my daughter. She asked again but they said no interview and it should be at another branch or try again in July. So unprofessional to keep us waiting. Should have said that in the first place. This company obviously needs to fix their online job application process. What a waste of time.

They told me they closed at 9pm on a Friday night when I pulled up to the drive thru. It was 9:13pm. When I looked online at the closing time it said 10:00pm! I was extremely disappointed because I was starving.

People are nice, food sucks. Cook needs to be fired.
