Sonic Drive-in

Just ordered through drive through...completely burnt burger. Inedible.

Food was good pretty much what we hoped! Hot fries, burgers were mostly assembled.And that's all the good there was! Everything else stunk. We were ignored at the parking speaker for 5+ minutes (no one else at any of the others at 6:30 on a Friday night I guess everyone else already knew), before we just went to the drive through. The young lady took our order with the absolute minimum words possible to take an order (we checked with Guinness. Not a record, but close). And once we got to the window, nothing. No words, just the passing of the food with a blank stare. I was overly nice, as I have a tendency to be when I'm faced with the awkwardness of astonishingly poor customer service. That's all you can do.In other words, give us your money, here's your food, keep moving!We'll check out someplace else next time, and all the other times afterward.

My family members were excited that this Sonic was still serving pickle fries. Service was rather slow, but we all enjoyed our food.

We went through the drive-through and ordered 4 burgers, only got 3, but they had it ready when I went to the door to let them know. They were very polite. I'm just glad we checked before we got home.

Amazing staff with quality products we had chocolate and a strawberry milkshake...they did not disappoint ?
