Way expensive. No customer service. I bought a few item, I have to carry the individual items with irregular shapes including fried fish that was loosely wrapped in aluminum foil. When I asked for a bag, the cashier smirkingly said, “it’s been two months now that there’s no bag.”Common sense dictates, it was only plastic bags that were band, not paper bags, or food containers. Such a poor service! The male cashier, who I encountered two times, is just so non-chalant and unfriendly.I hope this will help the “admin” a little and think about wrapping or bagging the To-go orders. And FYI, aside from raising their price, I noted that I was also charged $0.67 for “admin” whatever that is.I’m not going back there for sure.

Casa Manila is a no frills kind of place, but the food is delicious. The bbq pork skewers are perfectly savory with nice juicy and crisp edges. The pancit in the palabok is thicker then I am used to, but no less tasty. And the bilo bilo was creamy and sweet. Highly recommend!

This review is about the INCREDIBLY poor service we received. I called Casa Manila and they agreed to make a special order of chicken lumpiang shanghai for my party a few weeks later. I saw all the negative reviews but unfortunately had no choice but to go with them because no other restaurant would agree to make chicken lumpiang shanghai. After confirming my order several times, on the day of my party my brother goes to pick it up only to be told that they gave my order away. I call absolute BS. No way some random person is going to walk in and ask for chicken lumpiang shanghai (something that 's not common at all) and mention my name. They offered to look at their camera but after a while told my brother they were too 'busy '. What I believe happened is they realized they couldn 't do it and instead of being honest, they opted to lie, which left me with no food for my party. Stay away from this terrible establishment. While I can 't speak to how terrible their food is (according to the other reviewers) because they just never gave me my order, I can speak to how terrible their customer service is. With this mentality, I don 't understand how their business continues to function.

Good service and good food...but building is not very welcoming..old building. .too much cluter..

The authentic Filipino food here is truly delicious and offered at fantastic prices.
