Feedback gevenEverytime I come here, it?s either they mess up my order or they forget my order. Literally wasted 40 mins waiting while everyone that ordered after us got theirs first. There should be a system for this. Don?t bother coming. This is ridiculous
I used to go here a lot for over a year. Not sure what happened but the past couple of months, the few times I stopped by, the drink I got did not seem like it was properly mixed. There would be times when the drink would taste super sweet, then flavorless on the next sip. It also seems like the drink as a whole went down a lot in quality, including the tapioca. I used to go out of my way to get a drink here but it is not worth it anymore. The bubble tea here is easily the worst one out of 9 that I have been through in NJ so far.
Credit Card Minimum of $6.00 forces a customer to purchase two teas plus they did not have a lot ingredients. ?We don?t have that? was the famous phrase to customers during my visit. By far the worst franchise I have been to in the brand. Accept the cost of doing business using credit cards at your business.
It is very relaxing place to get bubble tea and sit down with friends. The workers behind the counter are so nice and very attentive. I ordered a large Taro Milk Green Tea with Boba red bean and felt great after drinking it. Prices are very moderate and don't charge you loads. I will be coming back again!
I love this place. It is hard to find bubble tea places in NJ, and this saved my life! Super friendly, clean, and chill. The selections are good, and expected because it is a chain. The only thing I would suggest is to add a 10% sugar option. Right now, the little sugar option is 30%.
