Just placed an order just now and wow the lady who helped me with my order was amazing and profesional I event forgot I was calling a pizza place . Thank you and keep up the good service .

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews, and I don't pay attention to them. I've been ordering from D.O.'s for years, and tonight I wanted to do something special. I have to say, the chefs made this extra pepperoni pizza with a crispy crust—wow! Pizza Hut, take note! Keep up the great work, and thank you for braving the cold to deliver a hot, delicious meal!

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza chain because it was always fresh and hot when delivered. However, during my last four orders, the delivery took an average of 45 minutes longer than expected. I understood the delay the first time, was annoyed the second time, and accepted it as the new norm by the third time. The fourth time I ordered was a weak moment on my part since I had enough points for free wings. The restaurant is only 2 miles away, so I'm puzzled as to why the delivery now takes so long. Additionally, I noticed that they no longer offer the option to add crust. There are far too many local pizza options within this 2-mile radius for me to continue accepting cold pizza from Pizza Hut. I've submitted feedback every time, but nothing seems to improve the situation.

After that, the cashier asked for my order number and brought my food over, but it was cold, and the sauce from the wings had spilled everywhere. I tried to speak to the manager, but was told they were busy. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, but the cashier said only the manager could process the refund. I insisted on speaking to the manager, but no one came. After a lot of back and forth, I eventually got my money back. On top of that, the floor was always sticky, indicating they really need to change the mop water and clean up the place. Also, for anyone who knows, a dipping sauce typically costs only $0.50.

This place is really terrible. do not go to this place. eating is just like the photos in the other folk reviews, I tried to give this place a lot of chances. I have always been very disappointed with the quality of food. then the customer service in the load is terrible. the hired are as rude as they annoy them. please dont come here when you read this. choose another point
