Baskin-robbins - Union City

This restaurant offers a great selection of ice cream flavors to sample and purchase. Their milkshakes are fantastic and reasonably priced. There's also parking available, which is a plus. The staff is friendly, making the experience even better. I typically visit every week. They have outdoor seating, so in the summer, you can enjoy a milkshake or ice cream while sitting outside.

They did not honor their promotion. A woman and her child ordered a sundae to take advantage of the buy one get one free offer, and there were no exclusions listed on the sign regarding which sundae could be ordered. Despite the woman reading the sign, she was still denied the promotion. When I attempted to order my sundae, I was given the same response. It felt discriminatory to me, and I will not be returning. This place is very unprofessional.

I didn't have time to take pictures, but I really enjoy this place. Unfortunately, they're out of chocolate flavor today. I'm hoping they'll have more options next time, but I'm not sure if this is a strategy to promote their other flavors.

Did not have cookies and cream ice cream, long wait

This location is sucks especially night staff. Very rude and bad customer services. They don?t contain Oreo cookie ice cream in anytime. Especially, when you order after 9 o?clock they sold out many flavors. On the Uber eats, it will shows they have all the flavor but you will get a call from Uber driver that whatever flavor you order, they sold out.
