Feedback gevenToday, I visited Dunkin' Donuts with my 5-year-old son. Like many children, he enjoys coffee drinks but cannot have caffeine. I asked for a chocolate milk on ice with a straw. Normally, the staff at this location and others accommodate my request without issue, but on this particular day (6/15/2022), the drive-thru attendant said they couldn't fulfill my order. I explained that I come here frequently and they always make it for me, but she insisted they couldn't. She even accused me of lying about being a regular customer. Frustrated, I accepted a different drink and went inside to check on my daughter's order, where I was met with an apology from another employee for the rude behavior of the drive-thru attendant. As I returned to my car, the same employee who had been disrespectful to me outside the building continued to harass me and threaten me in front of my children. I advised her to focus on other customers and attempt to make things right with them, but she refused. In response, I began recording the incident on my phone and called the number listed on the entrance. Eventually, the drive-thru attendant answered the call.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I don't know what's going on inside, but the croissants I ordered tasted good. Today, I received one that I ordered and it tasted like chemicals and even though it wasn't burned, it had a burnt taste. It was absolutely disgusting. To be honest, the only good thing here is the coffee. However, I would not recommend eating here as the food tastes terrible.
This restaurant falls short in many areas. After placing my order, the person at the window read out three different orders before finally getting mine right. I ordered a mangonada, paid at 10:45, and didn't receive it until 11:15. It's just a drink, so the wait was excessive. I'm on vacation in California, and I will be going to Dunkin' at least twice a week instead. I'm not happy with the service here and suggest finding another location to dine at.
Eating was cold, burned and badly joined together. Drive-thru cash seemed confused about submissions. does not come back.
They always get my order right and that's what matters most. Plus, they get you in and out pretty quickly.
