Sonic Drive-in - Union City

The worse sonic in america the wait always 30-45 min just to order. they never come to the speaker to tell you they know you’re there. they are so rude. they don’t acknowledge you and you can be sitting just waiting for a long time even if you’re the only person in line

Amidst the elongated wait for tater tots, I encountered disappointing customer service.

This was one of the worst Sonics I've ever been to. It was my wife's first time at Sonic. She never wants it again. The food was terrible.

Customer service is trash!!! They must just hire anybody...just sad

Was trying to get some food before work and the store still wasn’t open I got here at 9:20am no one was there the website says you guys open at 9am that’s false advertisement. I like coming here please do better
