Texas Roadhouse - Uniontown

That was terrible. all steak and beef tips burned to a cripple and served still. shame on this cook.ruined one from the city over $100.00 birthday dinner for a family member. manager and server were great.still.Noone had a complete dinner and we finally took our replacement food to go. will not be a repeated customer. would be a star, but management has addressed it, we felt terrible for the poor server. again.

My sister and I, together with my niece and her family, and my daughter and granddaughter, took our parents for a special dinner to her 62. Anniversary to celebrate. We had to sit against each other for the size of our party on two stands. Our waitresses were wonderful. Odette and Sara were not nicer or accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. I can't say enough about these two ladies. Our food was good. Everything tasted delicious from the appetizers at our meals. We definitely had a good experience and have our bells full.

We started with a group of 12. Our group ended up being a group of 10. We waited an hour to be seated. We waited another hour for our food. Then only half of us were served at once. The second half of the group waited an hour and a half for food. Through it all, our waitress was a 5, seating was a 2, the food was a 4 and the kitchen staff getting our food to us was a 2.5. There are some things that cannot be controlled. We will be back, but probably not with a large group. The management finally stepped up to get us seated and then took some of the bill off when my husband talked with them about the service.

The meal itself was just fine. They didn't get our steaks right, but they were tolerable enough not to send back. The waitress was absolutely amazing! Our drinks were never empty and the plates were deleted after use minutes.

Our waitress was the best waitress we ever had! Her name was Charlee. She was very efficient, outgoing, personable and everything was in place! The food was very good and was one of the best meals we had in a restaurant in a long time. We had a great experience and will definitely come back.
