Delicious baked goods and drinks! The steamed rice is tasty too! However the service was bad. The lady who worked at the register hates her job.

It's a good place to order snacks and the lunch set is delicious. It's also a good place to chat and drink coffee with friends. Their sugar water is good, but Yuanyang’s is mediocre. There are not many seats to sit on.

1 star for the 6pm daily close time(way too early for a bakery) !

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. A nasty lady yelled at me when I pointed out that she got my order wrong.There are 10 places doing the same thing within a 2 minute drive, go to one of them.

This is our favourite location, great egg tarts, buns, steamed rice meal, drinks more!
