This is a beautiful English brasserie and champagne bar in the upper floor of selfridges. as the name implies, it is a balcony that the prospects.

I have seen this place on yelp since the movement here. I was so excited when my friend reserved us a table for a Sunday picnic afternoon tea. it.

Always looking for hot new companies in birmingham, I came across the balcony recently. I was for searcy's rep location.

Great place to eat, a lot of dishes on the menu, fabulous service, would recommend definately a visit.

I visited here a few weeks ago with friends having initially not been impressed with the service and food at the other Fumo in Birmingham. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I attended. I was seated to my table without fuss whilst I waited for my friends to arrive and I was introduced to Petr as our waiter. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made several recommendations for us throughout that were all welcomed. When he finished his shift we were then looked after by his colleague (whose name I forgot to get) but he was just as helpful, professional and friendly. I was impressed with the customer service throughout and the food was 10/10 and I even complimented the manager on how impressed I was, given my previous bad experience at the other Fumo. As a result of the great food and good service, I decided to return today with my mother and I was not left disappointed. It was a welcomed surprise that Petr was our waiter again and he was assisted by Delva who was a young, very energetic, friendly, vibrant and extremely professional young lady a true credit to the younger generation. She was so refreshing to be around and her calming and friendly nature even meant when little mistakes were made, beyond her control, we all laughed about it and moved on. Again, Petr assisted with our menu and drink choices and even when I doubted his suggestions, he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. And we truly were. The food was amazing as before and service was 10/10 and this is now one of my favourite places to go out and eat. Definitely worth going for good service, great food and a buzzing atmosphere.
