Tried to order on the app. Error. Tried to order on the website... error. Tried to order on the phone, its automated and it was torture until I asked for help, finally got a real person to order to go and our boneless wings were missing. I should have double checked.

We come to this location often and never have any issues. The other day was our first bad experience and it was only a issues with what i assumed was a under trained employee. We had Ginger who was very polite and nice but almost every aspect from our orders being wrong to not separating the bills properly. I wasn't asked if i wanted a refill once and a few items asked to be removed from the bill because we never received them. Food was great like always. This won't prevent me from returning. I just hope she gets a little more training before taking a table of 8 again.

Everything about this place was wonderful except for the steak garlic melt.The steak garlic melt was okay at best and the steak looked like cat food and I have had immense diarrhea and stomach problems since I’ve had this. I know for a fact that it wasn’t anything else I’ve eaten because the problems started as I was leaving. But I highly recommend eating here because the service is wonderful and every server is a joy to be around but do not get the steak garlic melt.
