I recently got a frappe Saturday and little did I know there was a little bug in my drank I am disgusted and it olmost made me vomit

If i could put 0 stars I would. I am beyond disappointed in the service I received today. I went in attempting to complete a DoorDash order and they told me they gave it away to someone else??? Do you guys not have trained staff to make sure they check the DoorDashers phone for order confirmation?? Maybe get some better trained staff and new management this place is just going downhill...

OK so this place was awesome at first. Great customer service, efficient process, etc. It was a well oiled machine if you ask me. The ice cream tasted amazing. Well until we noticed hair in both of our ice creams. We were already half way home and half way through the ice cream so we ended up throwing them away in disgust :

Awesome shop. The employees are fantastic and extremely helpful, and come, how can you go wrong with Haagen Dazs. Great location and customer service.
