Had an awesome breakfast after unloading pioneer seed beans I'm from iowa but I will stop here everytime thru great ma and pop restaurant not many left stop by and help support them

Gloria, The down home atmosphere will always be remembered, your friendship and hospitality are priceless....I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days in Selden on my family roots expedition. Best home cookin out there today.....all I can tell you is this....,your breakfast, your hamburger deluxe, or your rueben sandwich, will definitely bring me back.....and your rueben sandwich......THE BEST EVER!!!! Yes, decor is old, but cheeseburger and fries were great. It was all local farmers and firefighters having lunch. Food drinks: I'm so glad i ventured inside despite the grim exterior. It was a great lunch, homemade hamburger patty!

We stopped for the restroom, but everyone was so kind and the food was delicious.

The food was just your basic greasy spoon, and the restaurant was so filthy it was hard for me to even eat, looking around at everything. But my husband wanted to, so I sucked it up and complied. Even he said he wouldn't go back.
