Munchies Pizza - United States

I've eaten here a lot. At first it was good. But now it's just missing the sign. This is the third time I ordered wings and they taste like burned fat. Change. It brings the quality and taste of your food to 0 all of something as easy as fat change. You do NOT make enough sauce on your pizza. Again, I ordered it to taste like cheese bread and peppermint every time. That's ridiculous. I ordered extra sauce and it was really pretty good. Change your fat and add a little extra sauce to these pizzas and you would be much better. I'd buy wings here every week if you changed the fat.

We were very disappointed about the vegetable pizza we ordered, it was not done properly, it seemed to be undercooked and was dirty even after reheating. The money we paid for was not worth it. The baked ziti and garlic knots were ok.

No STARS... I order a pizza and wing that took an hour 1/2. When I called my order, the driver was in the wrong house. My pizza was delivered cold and I was told that the driver would pick it up and bring me a new fresh pizza. The driver shared that it had no sense that he could bring a new pizza and then pick up the old pizza! We get the same pizza that was just warmed up and now hard. When I went up the Muchies, they refused to give me a refund for the pizza, I was offered 20% of my next purchase I rejected. So I was told they would just pick up my pizza to see two policemen. I shared what happened to the officers, and they asked how they would do it right for me! One of the employees said their boss told them not to return the pizza. The officers asked why they waited them and told them that it was bad customer service and they should do it right by returning my money that they did not. I'll never go to Muchies again! The officers are the ones who told me to write a review because they didn't take care of their customers. Thank you.

Very disappointing were my wings overboiled and the sandwich of my husband was very small, he asked for extra meat and it was fat and rough. I don't understand because I've eaten here all the time when I lived closer and it went down very sadly.

We were down in Brandon area and I wanted wings on our way back home and I remembered Munchies. I told my husband I remembered this place being Awesome. Did it change owners I don't know what's going on but my wings were overcooked and he got a sandwich that was $12 and it looked like it should have been for a child it was a Philly steak. So I'm sorry Munchies but won't be coming back next time we're down in the Brandon whatever area that's considered so sad.
