Feedback gevenAfter the restaurant for over 35 years has been very disappointed by the manager treatment, as he solved problem regarding my order. He won't get my business back. Very unprofessional. Three times in a row, they made mistakes in my pick-up orders, which led me to have to go back to get the right order. The quality of the food does not taste so good from years ago.
I didn't make it! (Long story short) This is not the first incident. I had food from this place with a piece of silver metal brillo sponge piece in my food.. I let it slip, but now a maggot is absurd. I eat right in front of the facility, immediately I started playing in the parking lot. I joined, informed staff of the incident with the food and the Asian cook staff came from behind and said: his fresh broccoli and was giggling? His name is Tommy and he's the manager. I am not even sure why he giggling as if his norm for him, now I?m looking at the review and his norm. for this institution to eat things there now. Now I'd be wrong if I screamed him or caused chaos in the setup for such nonsense. The only employees who showed a real concern were hispanic employee relocations and American employees. The shift management showed concern instead of the Asian managers, which is very disturbing.
Try to order curry chicken with fried noodles, just to say they have no noodles or brown rice. Then the order had to cancel, just to find out that guy on the phone didn't pick it up. I wasted my lunch break in this place.
This used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants, but now what a disappointment. I set an order for lunch to leave the young man who took my order that before my daughter and I were there and order pork friend rice(seafood allergy). When we came home, I got a pinch of shrimp-fried rice back, they apologized and prepared another order. It came home and shrimp fried rice. We called back to get more excuses, was said we could come back, but we left. They'd be credited to the phone number. So the young consultant said that there were no loans in connection with the number in fact there was no record of us ever ordered from this facility, but he advised that I could talk to the manager when I came to pick up my order. Obviously he spoke to some others who tried to get the manager, I think she said his name was Mike Address the problem, but his answer was that he didn't hear that. So I wondered to talk to the manager and when the young lady came back, she said his answer was? I'm too busy and he refused to address the matter. For the record it is not the amount it was using or without the credit that was due to us, but the fact that you think you are too busy to deal with a customer’s concerns. You were not busy when you gave me the wrong order, not once, but twice, and I was patient and understood, even if you gave me something I was allergic to. #1 Chinese cuisine you suck or should I tell Mike. Cudos to the 2 people who tried to help
Food is okay. There is such a liking for this place. Many of my friends have raved about it. I thought it was okay not the big rave i was expecting. Service is above what i expected. Restaurant doesn't look inviting when you first walk in. Could use some house cleaning . I hope the kitchen is cleaner..
