Feedback gevenThe first time in a long time to visit Universal Studios, and we were curious about the food. One of our first meals was with Luigi's Pizza since we created pizza and pasta. Overall, we were not impressed and felt disappointed at the prices for mediocre food. 4/5 Ease of food, restaurants and friendly service2/5 Food and prices The staff behind the counter was friendly and offers a good service. The food was a different story. I ordered pasta and meatballs and one side of Kaisersalat. The meatballs were very dry, and the sauce and pasta were dirty. The garlic cheese bread was barely eaten with the dense bread and cold cheese. The side of Caesar Salat was good, but something was covered. My family said the pizza was awfully fair and not worth the price. After we paid for our food, the seating area was packed in the indoor and terrace area, but we found a great place under the shadow of Luigi's. Would I try Luigi again? Maybe not unless I was crazy about pasta and pizza again and didn't want to go out my way to City Walk for Italian. Hopefully, Universal Studios will improve their food quality game as this first experience was not a good starting point.
Yeah, it tastes as disgusting as it looks. Krustyland is very suitable. Best $60 I ever spent
I think there is 15 percent service fee to Malcom in the middle
The terrible service cashier thinks that I cannot accept my full amount of change
At first I thought it was fine. I dabbed some grease off my pizza like I usually do but as I was later waiting in line for something else, it hit me. I had to either throw up immediately. My stomach got so upset. The pizza betrayed me.
