Mel's Diner - Universal City

Where do I start? they pay a tonne money to get in and honestly it was worth every penny! they wait for Mel’s diner for 35 min, then order them. their specified number they then wait until their number is called, then they begin to ask why their number was not called when all numbers are called after their number. So ask her and the manager looks at her crazy. chefs do not wear gloves over cooked meet them in tabletts they ask and ask for wait for another 30 min and only after the insistent they finally get their order. oh, but it's cold and totally wrong! it's worth complaining....no reason that the manager who can't manage his way out of a paper bag anyway doesn't care, so they spend $80 on wrong cold eating! avoid this place to all taste! Don't waste her time or money! Go elsewhere in the park! universal is full of great eating away just don't stay this place!

Great food, my food was just a tad bit dry and the frys were cold

Had the tuna melt and the bread was so hard but I was hungry and I waited 30 minutes to order so I ate it anyway. I was really looking forward to it.

Bad service, and expensive for the little plate of food. I buy a burger for me and my friend, the meat was a little cold, it had no flavor, the bread was cold to. It came just with fries. I had to pay $10 more for two small drinks.

There were no milkshakes. As an adult you can only purchase 1 beer with your own ID. If you need to get one for your spouse, she must accompany you through line, and show her ID
