Subway - Universal City

Great place to eat and very healthy at the same time!!

Ordered online and they completely ignore my ingredients.

I work nearby and have been coming here for a while since it's usually quick and convenient. Not anymore. The owners have worked their good staff into the ground so the new staff that they've hired are messy slow and unprofessional. And don't even think about ordering online because if you do they leave off ingredients and forget some items. I thought I would give this one another try but after finding a hair stuck to the bottom of my sandwich, you won't find me in here again.

This subway was horrible. They did not have any of the options that we selected no ham, no meatballs, barely any steak my whole sandwich was bread, and when I asked for a slight discount because of not having what we requested, the employee laughed and said it’s out of my control dude. The first time I have ever wanted to walk out and not pay for my food but I did and I will tell you do not go to this location I would not recommend anyoneKid-friendliness: Horrible
