Taco Cabana - Universal City

The street tacos didn't meet my expectations. The drive-thru staff forgot to give me my salsa, and to top it off, they also forgot to return my card. I only realized this when I got to work. Now I have to decide if I should go back to retrieve my card. What should I do?

I have to give the special Taco Cabana a star. We passed the ride at 715, there was a line of about 3 cars. We waited patiently for the car before the start, she moved up she waited for 10 minutes, then another 5 came to the speaker and asked if she could wait. At that time, 5 more cars moved behind me, we waited another 7 minutes and nobody answered. I managed to pull out of the Auto-Dru line and decided to order inside. we were super hungry and didn't want pizza. My sister wrote to me that they took her order very quickly, we were FINALLY somewhere.. We waited 10 minutes, ok no problem, another 5 minutes. others 10 and the food was NOT OUT!!!!!! Since we waited, I could see the FIRST vehicle in the drive that it gets its food, but nobody else. I was HANGRY. I told my sister that we could get her money and go somewhere else. She advised the cashier PROMISED her food would come soon. We waited for another ungodly 15 minutes!!! She finally came with her only bag of chips and Queso, a smashed burrito and and order of the streets tacos.... An insult, the chips were stale, the burrito was NOT advertised with cheese like, the tacos should come with rice and beans, but not and the worst, the tortillas were ice cold!!! COME ON Taco Cabana, I expect at least one 8 out of 10 reviews, but I cannot say that they are in the negative numbers on this. Unless they don't kick their game, never come back to this place!

Went to tc to get breakfast tacos. The girl in the window rolled her eyes. She threw the bag out of the window and closed the window. I asked for salsa and she rolls her eyes. She throws it in my hand and turns it back. She definitely has no customer service. If you do not like your job, you will get another, possibly one that you do not have to do with customers if you are rude.

Simply ordered and delivered. Both my bean and my cheese had a tablespoon of beans. I paid for cheese being added to my bacon and egg and it wasn't there. And I didn't get the salsa I ordered with them. So 3 tacos, none of them right and I am still hungry for the payment for food and delivery.

I ordered the kicking nachos they were absolutely amazing! The staff was very very polite and no one had a problem service animal. He also was very comfortable. The store was very clean. I have to tell you this is a big Improvement so whatever you have changed in this place don't change it back! Thank you again Jack in the Box
