Feedback gevenOk so the cashier had a rough day when I went there. He really struggled to enter everything into the POS system. Not sure if he was new or not. So I didn't really get exactly what I ordered.But the burgers were delicious and the onion rings were nice and big and crispy.
Run away, the food is not good enough to justify the headache.Each time I have ordered (takeout/pickup, two different locations) they seem to be having production problems. No one over 21 visible on site, so teens, untrained in customer service and obviously shy and accustomed to complaints. The latest, I ordered online arrived to pick up and found a waiting queue on more than a dozen orders ahead of me, their POS system notworking, not accepting walk in orders. I canceled my order since it was obviously on the board and had not been started. Was informed I could get a refund on the app. No refund, now ten days later, no response other than an automated reply to email. Enjoy that $50, it is the last you will receive from me and my family.UPDATE: Weak sauce. Replying for me to reach out to YOU does not work I have contacted you multiple ways with full details. It is on YOU to reach out to me, reply via those channels and resolve the issue. Putting it off on me does not solve your customer service problem.
I would easily give this place half a star if I could . The food was below mid. We came in expecting the place to be open at 10am like it says on the window and when we walk in and ask for burgers and chicken sandwiches they say we can 't make burgers or chicken yet due to cross contamination understandable but maybe get 2 grills ? I mean the burger is in your name so I 'd expect a burger but no. On top of this they couldn 't even make pancakes for breakfast so we had to settle for a few breakfast options that weren 't even that good that we could easily make at home. They paid no attention to detail when we asked to leave out certain item in the burrito as well. The cheese on our breakfast sandwiches weren 't even melted it 's like they threw on velveta and called it a day. When I asked the cashier for a morning biscuit she said it 's only the biscuit and I pointed to the menu and said it doesn 't come with egg and cheese like it says? She said oh yeah it does . Like lady do you not even know your own menu? The ambiance was iffy.They had loud music and the news playing in the background.I wouldn 't be surprised to see this place go under within a year or two max. Changes to the kitchen need to be made and the employees need to step it up if you want any chance of succeeded as a restaurant
Took an hour to get our food. Staff just aimlessly wandering around, they could care less. Food came out cold which was so frustrating considering it took an hour for it to even get cooked. And to top it off it was gross. I understand places are understaffed but this was not the case, there were four workers just standing around not to mention while there were lines waiting. So disappointing to spend over $30. I was excited to try this place but we won’t be back.
The food was fine but overpriced. It didn't help that they spent so much money making the pictures of the food look amazing. When my burger arrived, I was disappointed. I won't go again.
