Burger King - Universal

Cashier was slow because she was working back and forth taking money and then handling food without washing her hands. I was a Food Service Supt when I was active duty and a dining facility would have been cited big time for this. There’s a potential for many active duty folks to get sick from this practice. Not good. ??

The food was pretty good but the drinks were not. Even the water didn't taste good to me, I tried a coke, Dr pepper and a lemonade, all didn't taste right.

The lady that was working drive through this morning was nice and friendly and on point!!! Bet excellent service

Very slow service. Staff was friendly. Food was cold and I ate it at the location. Do better. ?

I moved from South Carolina to Texas about 5 months ago and this Burger King has the best customer service I have ever had at one of these chains! Tasha and her crew are amazing sweet ladies, that now knows my pup by his name!!! The food is always hot and these ladies are very delightful; I appreciate them so much!!
