Feedback gevenI spent almost 35 minutes in the snake to not only get cold food, but the wrong food. I tried to call the number to talk to a manager, but no one answered the phone to the two times I wanted to call. this is not the first time that this place was slow, and rude at the window. if I could give this place a 0 star, I would.
Slowest service in the opposite. this place has problems with special requests. journey thru line always takes from 5 to 30 minutes to order and another 5-10 minutes to get their order. they often ask them to move in front of a parking lot to get them to eat them from the clock, but then get the order wrong in any way. ive had the hired contests, ive witnesses threatening by the employees lobbed of the customers, ive even got the silent treatment (ghosted in the inner line (ordered, paid, never get the food, no one would notice after waiting for 35 minutes I notice, many of my experiences as waiting time are just facts of living, but it is the general one Maybe there's bad training or maybe there's only bad moral, but this place needs help.
This is the third time that my order at this restaurant has been incorrect. The first time, I received a fish sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich. The second time, I got a crunchy chicken sandwich instead of a deluxe chicken sandwich. And the third time, I received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the deluxe one. Someone needs to double-check the orders. Today, the chicken in my sandwich was pink and undercooked, so I had to throw it away. The drive-thru confirmed my drink order, but not the food order. In the future, they should confirm the food items in the bag, not just the drinks.
I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru. The fries were cold and the nuggets were cold as well. The fish didn't have much tarter sauce and the cheese on it wasn't melted. I also had to wait 19 minutes at the payment window. It wasn't crowded, so maybe they were short-staffed. The quality of my food should not have been affected.
Took over 40 minutes to get our curbside. Said they never got our order on screen. Had to go in and order was still incorrect. Only one employee wearing mask properly.
