Little Caesars Pizza - University Place

Do not ignore the reviews when they warn you not to go to this restaurant! I placed an online order for my husband to pick up, but when he arrived they claimed they had no record of our order. When I went myself to investigate, the employee at the counter refused to acknowledge my order, even though I showed him the confirmation email on my phone. Another worker came over and I could see my items behind the counter, but they continued to insist that they didn't have my order. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to leave without my order, even though it was clearly there. This experience was a complete waste of my time.

Terrible experience! My daughter went to this restaurant to pick up pizza for her daughter's birthday party. She swiped her debit card, but the cashier voided the transaction, claiming it didn't go through. However, $61.00 was still taken out of her account. On top of that, the cashier said there was no record of the transaction. They didn't give her the pizza but still charged her. Avoid this place at all costs! Service: Take out

My boyfriend and I have been regular customers at this restaurant for years, but the current staff is terrible. There is a huge language barrier that makes communication frustrating. Despite this, my boyfriend enjoys their pizza so we come here often. However, on my most recent visit, I was given a pepperoni pizza that looked terrible and seemed old. When I called to ask for a fresh one, I was told I would have to pay for it. I was shocked and felt unappreciated as a loyal customer. I will not be returning and advise others not to waste their money here.
