Domino's Pizza - Unjha

The service of this outlet is extremely bad and their behaviour towards customer is very poor and bad for the image of dominos. We visited on28 june 10:00 PM and they told that they will not accept our order and reason is they have pending orders, despite their is only 4 people were their at that moment. so please took necessary action regarding it because if they are not able to work properly onboard new staff.

The service was very bad therefore I had worst experience in that outlet. very dirty tables and chairs and there was not any representative who attended our order and gave our food very late. service

You can see in this video they are not cleaning tabels also staff is 2 person and waiting period is 25 for one single Oder this is such a unexpected service also washroom is very dirty

Ordered online, but on reaching the order was not ready, taste has also been very bad. For the first time i have regretted visiting domino's. You must really work on the taste and quality. Ordered pizza mania plus indie tandoor cheese burst and peppy paneer all tasted pungent and some tasted sour.

Domino's pizza is always good option if you want soft base. Taste is good, quality is upto mark. The ambience can be better. The place was bit dirty.
