Company holidays although the website said it would be open there was nothing about company holidays

Had a great children's birthday party with bowling.

Unfortunately very unprofessional here. You reserve the hall, agree on a price, then someone comes along who pays more and they kick you out by charging a multiple of the price and pretending that you want to organize a highly lucrative event instead of a sports event. That's right, qualifying tournaments for a Swiss championship are insanely lucrative. Apparently the bosses here have already organized some of them... But of course it's the customer's fault because he didn't get in touch after the reservation. Why, if the date is only in a year??? The customer relies on what has been agreed. How naive... Would understand a lot, but NOT A TELEPHONE. Emails are no longer answered at all. So that means: keep your hands off it and rent another hall. It's all about the money here empty words from the owner which, as it turns out, mean nothing. Words mean nothing here. The hall bosses (it was not signed by name, so I have no idea who answers me) only judge by who pays the most.... So thanks for the most unprofessional contact ever. Unbelievable....

Nun Personal nett aber erste Bahn nur Diverse Störungen, danach gewechselt auf andere mit Diversen Aussetzern dass insgesamt viel Spiel Zeit drauf ging. Beim abgeben lange Wartezeit da viele Anstanden um Ein zu Checken, sollte getrennt sein dass man Samstag Abend speditiver durch kommt.

Ob Handball, Bowling oder Fitness, hier ist alles dabei. Es lohnt sich.
