Panda Express - Upland

This is my local panda and have visited quite regularly over the years. Today, however, I noticed that the proportions were significantly reduced. I know that all the companies have made adjustments, as I noticed at previous visits with this place, but recently it was quite embarrassing. I mentioned it to the server that takes care of us (the manager) and she answered it a lot. unfortunately it was not, in comparison to other pandas close. eating is the same as other stalls, but their yards have made a heavy hit. I wish I had also taken a photo to see how it is a lot of plate.

Delicious food but man they are STINGY with their portions. Those couple pieces of orange chickens and shrimp is considered entree ??

Terrible customer service especially when it comes to fixing an order that was done wrong. I ordered specifically ahead of time to avoid having to wait and get back to home to sick husband. Long story short next time an order is done wrong at least apologize to the customer and re serve hot food. I went back and all that was done was slabbed my orange chicken that should have originally been in my plate. My chow mein was cold by the time I arrived and all they did was put the orange chicken on top of the order I took back to be fixed. I won't be returning. Terrible service.

While the staff is very professional and helpful and the store itself is exceptionally clean the food is just too sweet. At least for me the last 4 times I've gotten orange chicken its incredibly sweet almost to the point where I cant finish the meal. I wish they wouldn't overpour on the sauce its cooked in. Used too be my go to meal and now not so much. Also the promotional offer they did on July 15th for the 35 anniversary of orange chicken was less then satisfying, I r.s.v.p. days in advance actually thinking it would be something worth while only to get a reward of 35 cents off a small al la carte. It was a joke and definitely didnt make me feel like a valued customer

I order online got the notification my food be ready a 1:04 pm got the my food not ready I have to wait until 1:20pm to get it is not good time is gold went ur working and u have 30 min lunch I believe ur Guy’s time is valuable my is to don’t do this to ur customers I go there almost every Monday so now I don’t think I will so disappointed
