Ruben's Tacos - Upland

The street tacos at this restaurant are delicious. I tried the Pollo and pastor varieties and they were worth every penny. I should have taken a picture to remember them by. The best deal is on Tuesdays, with taco Tuesday offering them for just $1.50 each. Additionally, on Wednesdays and Thursdays, there is a happy hour special from 4 PM to 7 PM, with tacos priced at $2 each.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. Today I tried the Al Mojo de Ajo and I was blown away by how excellent it tasted.

This taco spot used to be much smaller with a little bar where you could watch them cook, but they've since expanded. I always order the tacos because they are fantastic. I also love their Chili and Salsa, especially the hot red sauce. The chips were not great today, but I didn't mind. The place could use some cleaning, as the refrigerator was sticky and dirty. Overall, great tacos in a casual atmosphere.

Food was fresh and on point. Service was great. Place was clean.

We ordered two burritos and had to wait a little while, which was understandable considering how busy the restaurant was. But it was definitely worth the wait, as the burritos were huge and delicious. The cabeza filling was excellently made and we were able to make two meals out of each burrito. The same can be said for the other burrito we ordered.
